Certificate of Hong Kong Origin (Processing) |
The certificate is an export document to certify that the goods are processed in Hong Kong and will be exported from Hong Kong to overseas.
The certificate is issued when the goods are undergone simple manufacturing processes in Hong Kong such as diluting, bottling, or simple assembling etc.

Applications can be submitted by electronic or paper means. For electronic submission, applicants are required to register with Tradelink for the submission. To apply through paper means, applicants are required to complete an application form and submit it to Chamber's certification offices.
- Exporters must have a valid business registration in Hong Kong
- Manufacturers must be registered with the Trade and Industry Department for applying Processing certificate
