Document Endorsement Services

The Chamber provides endorsement services for assorted trade documents to facilitate customs, L/C or consulate requirements. Documents for endorsement may include packing list, price list, B/L, Lab Test Report, Health Certificate and etc.

Applicants are required to submit the document to be endorsed in at least 2 sets. The documents must show full name and address of the issuing body and be duly chopped and signed. One copy of the submitted documents will be kept in the Chamber for record.

For foreign documents that are not issued in Hong Kong, applications are required to apply through a Hong Kong registered company and submitted with the application form "Declaration By Exporter" for endorsement.
