Certificate of Origin - Without Transit / With Transhipment (CT)
The certificate is for shipment that have been exported directly from an overseas country to another country. The shipment is allowed to CHANGE CARRIER at Hong Kong or overseas in its route.
Applicants are required to complete an application form and
submit it together with the photo copy of the following documents to certification
offices:
A)
A Certificate of Origin from the originating country of the
goods in question; or
B)
A commercial invoice issued by the supplier in the originating
country plus
Export bill of lading or airway bill; or
Export permit, export customs clearance permit issued by the government authorities
in the originating country.
